1. What you are buying

PokeMMO Minion is desktop software that automates gameplay in PokeMMO. A purchase grants you a time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the premium features for the number of days shown on the plan you bought. You are licensing software, not buying it, and the licence ends when the term does.

Each key is single-use. The first time it is redeemed it either creates a bot account or extends an existing one, and it cannot be redeemed a second time.

2. Not affiliated with anyone

PokeMMO Minion is an independent third-party tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company, or the PokeMMO development team. All game names, trademarks and assets referenced remain the property of their respective owners. We reference PokeMMO only to describe what our software works with.

3. Risk you accept

PokeMMO's rules prohibit automation. Using this software may get your game account suspended or permanently banned. We design the tool to be difficult to detect — it reads the screen and sends input rather than touching game memory or modifying the client — but no automation tool can be undetectable, and anyone claiming otherwise is selling you something.

You accept that risk entirely. We are not responsible for any action taken against your game account, including bans, item loss, or character deletion, and a ban is not grounds for a refund. Use an account you would not be devastated to lose.

4. What you may not do

  • Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the software or your licence key.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the software, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
  • Share one key across multiple people. One key, one bot account, one machine.
  • Use the software to harass other players, manipulate the in-game economy at scale, or commit fraud.
  • Attempt to bypass licence validation, or use keys obtained through chargebacks.

Breaking any of these lets us revoke your licence without a refund. Revocation is recorded in an audit log along with the reason.

5. Machine binding

A licence binds to one computer on first use. You get two self-service resets from your licences page. If you legitimately need more — a rebuild, a dead motherboard — ask in Discord and we will do it manually. Repeated resets that look like key sharing will be refused.

6. Availability

The software depends on PokeMMO's interface staying broadly as it is. Game updates can break automation, sometimes for several days. We fix breakages as quickly as we can, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and time lost to a game update is not extended or refunded automatically. If an outage is long enough to be unreasonable we will say so and make it right.

7. No warranty

The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be error-free, that it will work on your particular configuration, or that it will remain undetected.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the software or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost game progress, lost in-game currency, or game account termination.

9. Your account here

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account; we cannot distinguish you from someone who has taken it over. We may suspend a site account for fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to attack this service. A suspended account loses access to its licences.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in Discord before they take effect. Continuing to use the software after that constitutes acceptance. Changes never apply retroactively to a licence you have already bought.
